If you have family and friends wishing to be involved in your journey, allow them to learn and assist you in their own way along the way.
Food preparation is just like at home. Totally up to you what you eat and when. SN Services can assist if you need help purchasing from your own budget and preparing, but there's no pre-prepared hospital food on offer here.
A positive mindset is the most important element you'll need, but rest assured your team will be here to make sure you stay strong, and pick you up when you are not.
How the collaboration benefits you
Sharing supports
If your support hours are limited, sharing supports with other residents allows you to tap into support more often over a longer period each day, than needing to follow a strict roster, particularly on the days you just want to sleep in, or use the bathroom with assistance during the day.
On-site therapy
Therapy on-site allows you to book shorter sessions more regularly and save your budget that would otherwise be spent on support workers and travel to and from off-site service providers. Your gains are amplified when your budget works better for you.
Holistic approach
Your therapist and daily support team works together on a coordinated plan for increasing your daily living skills in your home, helping you reach your rehabilitation goals faster.
No obligation
You have full choice and control over who provides services.
If you prefer not to use the services of one of the collaboration partners either when you first commit, or want to make changes to your team part way through your stay, you will be fully supported to do so. Your best interests are our best interests.
As a team, we've committed to each other that we will offer the best possible service, so if you have concerns with any of the services provided you will have multiple points of contact to raise concerns and know they will be addressed. Our quality service offers safeguards you won't find elsewhere.

It is your choice if you would like to engage with our small community or enjoy the privacy of your own home.
Our small community is very welcoming and you will have opportunities to meet others informally at different stages of their post-hospital stay. Some of our residents are long-term leaseholders. Some have lived most of their life with disability, and are more than happy to share with you and encourage you in your recovery.
